ICT-Consultant

Job Responsibilities

Work closely with the Managing Director to maintain market share in an increasingly competitive environment and improve overall operating efficiency
Maintain and establish good relationships with existing and potential clients
Identify lists of contacts and cold-call companies for business opportunities
Perform research prior to each business development meeting
Liaise closely with the research team to “map out” the candidate universe and prepare job control for every assignment
Perform research and interview candidates
Create candidate profiles, candidate letters, candidate assessment reports based on the candidates’ experience, achievements, strengths and weaknesses
Draft status reports and summaries on a regular basis
Manage both the clients’ and lead candidates’ expectations by providing compensation details, conducting reference checks, and managing the process till completion

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant working experience
Extremely result- and detail-oriented with a determined mindset to achieve goals
Possess a good sense of responsibility and accountability as well as an outstanding service mentality
Eager to learn and able to think outside of the box
Excellent project management, communications and business writing skills
Fluent in spoken and written English
