Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Managing Director to maintain market share in an increasingly competitive environment and improve overall operating efficiency
  • Maintain and establish good relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Identify lists of contacts and cold-call companies for business opportunities
  • Perform research prior to each business development meeting
  • Liaise closely with the research team to “map out” the candidate universe and prepare job control for every assignment
  • Perform research and interview candidates
  • Create candidate profiles, candidate letters, candidate assessment reports based on the candidates’ experience, achievements, strengths and weaknesses
  • Draft status reports and summaries on a regular basis
  • Manage both the clients’ and lead candidates’ expectations by providing compensation details, conducting reference checks, and managing the process till completion

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Extremely result- and detail-oriented with a determined mindset to achieve goals
  • Possess a good sense of responsibility and accountability as well as an outstanding service mentality
  • Eager to learn and able to think outside of the box
  • Excellent project management, communications and business writing skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
