ICT-Consultant
Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Managing Director to maintain market share in an increasingly competitive environment and improve overall operating efficiency
 - Maintain and establish good relationships with existing and potential clients
 - Identify lists of contacts and cold-call companies for business opportunities
 - Perform research prior to each business development meeting
 - Liaise closely with the research team to “map out” the candidate universe and prepare job control for every assignment
 - Perform research and interview candidates
 - Create candidate profiles, candidate letters, candidate assessment reports based on the candidates’ experience, achievements, strengths and weaknesses
 - Draft status reports and summaries on a regular basis
 - Manage both the clients’ and lead candidates’ expectations by providing compensation details, conducting reference checks, and managing the process till completion
 
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant working experience
 - Extremely result- and detail-oriented with a determined mindset to achieve goals
 - Possess a good sense of responsibility and accountability as well as an outstanding service mentality
 - Eager to learn and able to think outside of the box
 - Excellent project management, communications and business writing skills
 - Fluent in spoken and written English
